At Titan Movement, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories and components that came with the product.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items (if applicable).
- Gift cards.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process after delivery.
