All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

If you do not receive tracking information within a few days after ordering, please contact us.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to a wide range of domestic and international locations. Some locations may be excluded due to carrier restrictions or logistical limitations.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

Delays and Exceptions

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
